Have your parcels delivered directly to your car park! Pickup lockers are available in Saemes car park Hôtel de Ville (Paris 4th), Madeleine-Tronchet (Paris 8th), St Augustin - Bergson (Paris 8th), Porte d'Orléans (Paris 14th) and Porte d'Auteuil (Paris 16th).
More and more of us are buying online, and more and more deliveries are being made. Aware of the need to reduce the nuisance of transport in the city, and anxious to provide our customers with even greater comfort and service, we have entered into a partnership with Pickup, a subsidiary of the La Poste group and France's No. 1 network of relay and left-luggage services, to install left-luggage lockers in our parking lots.
How does it work?
Order online and choose delivery in a Pickup locker in the parking lot closest to your home or workplace. Parcels are kept safely in the locker and are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so you can pick them up at any time by using the parking lot's walkways. You'll find the lockers on level -1.
To collect a parcel
1 - I order online and select the relay delivery option.
2 - If a Pickup locker is available in a nearby Saemes parking lot, simply select this locker as the delivery point.
3 - I receive my personal login details (2 4-digit codes) by e-mail and/or SMS, and then have 5 days to collect my parcel.
4 - I collect my parcel from the locker by entering my opening codes on the locker screen, or by presenting my authentication QR code.
