The personal data collected and where applicable, used for market research can be stored for a maximum of 3 years.  Personal data collected via spontaneous applications to applications for specific positions in Saemes can be stored for a maximum duration of one year.

•    in the framework of the fulfilling the client's contract: client account and rights' management (particularly regarding preferential prices for low mileage, residential or other clients), identification and authentication of the client or their vehicle (by ticket, subscription, badge, access control, contactless technology, license plate reading, etc), communications with clients, complaints management, disputes and outstanding debt, request for the exercising of personal rights, client data hosting, 
•    to enable you to benefit from new services, discounts, promotional offers from Saemes or partners (with your prior agreement), inform you of events related to your car park, 
•    to carry out statistical studies, analyses and traffic measurements on our website, loyalty programmes (loyalty programmes, games, competitions, lotteries, etc), market research, to ask for your advice (customer satisfaction studies, polls, product tests, etc),
•    prevent and combat fraud, enabling remote video surveillance of sites, 
•    answer requests for requisition, judicial investigations, a legitimate request from an administrative authority or a public organisation,
•    meet our legal and regulatory obligations, 
If you complete a form on our website or ask to receive our newsletters, we will use your details to send you information related to your request or to offer services. You can unsubscribe our newsletter at any time by clicking on the link at the bottom of the page.
