What if instead of looking for a parking space in the streets of Paris, you went down to a Saemes car park and your parking was less expensive ?
Street parking is charged in Paris from 9am to 8pm, Monday to Saturday, except Sundays and holidays, including the month of August. The city does not want cars to park for long periods of time on the street. For this reason, the cost per hour of parking increases very quickly after 2 hours.
The capital is divided into 2 parking zones: zone 1 from the 1st to the 11th arrondissement and zone 2 from the 12th to the 20th.
You can observe in the infographic below that it is more advantageous to park in a parking lot from the 1st hour in zone 1.
