SAEMES (second largest operator in Ile-de-France) currently operates on-street parking and 86 car parks in Ile-de-France under concession or service concession contracts as well as commercial leases: 22 public car parks, 57 residential car parks, 6 park & ride sites and 1 coach park.
It was the first parking operator in France to receive Environmental Management (ISO 14001) certification.
It develops multimodal transport services such as bicycle and motorcycle parking, easy interconnections with other modes of transport (park & ride sites, RATP ticket office, information on multimodal transport), car sharing, electric bike rentals, etc.
As an operator, its references cover 25 car park construction programmes and 35 renovation operations.
