Le jardin des Tuileries Paris

The Tuileries Garden, ideally located between the Louvre, Place de la Concorde, Seine and Rue de Rivoli, owes its name to the fact that it was formerly occupied by tile factories. It is organized around a wide central aisle marking the perspective of the Grand Axe that extends from the Louvre to the Grande Arche de la Défense. Many statues adorn the park, among them works of Maillol, Coustou, Rodin... The garden is now a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
