Over 60% of bankcard payments are contactless. Did you know that you can also pay for your parking by contactless payment in many Saemes car parks?
Contactless payment allows you to make a purchase by bringing your bankcard within 4 cm of a terminal. The payment order is given without entering a secret code, without signing, and without showing any form of identification. For security reasons, the maximum amount of a contactless payment is limited to €50 per transaction. Your bank sets a ceiling on the cumulative amount of authorised contactless purchases (per day, per week or per month), so don't hesitate to ask.
Time saving and safety
You can use your bank card to make contactless payments in most of our public car parks, both at the pay machines and directly at the exit terminals. You no longer need to search for coins in your pocket or go to the automatic pay station, you can pick up your vehicle directly and pay by inserting your ticket and then approaching the pay station with your bank card.
